What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number. If you apply to a job opening on our Careers page, we also collect the position you applied for. We do not collect resume files through this site.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about renting vehicles from Black Anchor Fleet for rideshare driving, and to follow up on your interest. Information you submit through a job application is used only to evaluate your candidacy and to contact you about the role — it is kept separate from our driver rental audience and is not used for rental marketing.
Where it goes
Your information is stored in HubSpot, a third-party customer-relationship-management service we use to manage and follow up with interested drivers and job applicants.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Mobile information and SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS text messages, we use it only to send you account and rental notifications (such as application status updates, vehicle pickup and return reminders, and document alerts) as part of the Black Anchor Fleet Rental Notifications program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with any third parties. Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.
